Celia R. Clark, Esq. received her J.D. from The School of Law of the University of Chicago and her LL.M (Master of Laws) in Taxation from New York University School of Law. The firm's tax practice includes federal income tax consulting, planning and structuring in relation to individual taxpayers and closely-held businesses of all types. The firm also has a significant estate planning practice, consulting with clients throughout the U.S. and their local advisors.

The firm is well-known for its experience with small captive insurance companies, which are utilized by medical groups and other closely-held businesses for risk-management, asset protection, and income and estate tax benefits. We assist clients in designing a captive tailored to the risk profile and claims history of the client's particular business or professional practice. We work with actuaries and insurance managers, both offshore and domestic, to achieve the client's goals.
