Edgar C. Gentry, Jr.

Edgar C. Gentry, Jr. is an attorney practicing in the areas of real estate and litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in leasing, sales and purchases, mortgages, and other commercial real estate transactions. He also handles litigations in the state and federal trial and appellate courts of the State of New York, including the Surrogate's (probate) courts in the City of New York and in upstate counties.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gentry practiced in the real estate departments of Rosenman & Colin, White & Case, and other Manhattan law firms. He was of counsel to Smith, Buss & Jacobs, LLP from 2001 to 2009.

Mr. Gentry is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School (Class of 1979). As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Pace University Law School in 1983, he taught "Real Estate Transactions".

Mr. Gentry is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York and in the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of the State of New York.
