Celia R. Clark is an attorney practicing in the areas of taxation and estate planning. She represents individual and closely held businesses in federal and New York income, estate and gift tax matters. A large part of Ms. Clark's practice is the formation and maintenance of small insurance companies for closely held businesses located throughout the U.S. In 2006 Ms. Clark drafted captive insurance legislation for the Caribbean Island of St. Kitts.

Ms. Clark's practice also includes sophisticated income and estate planning techniques, such as generation-skipping trusts, private foundation and split-interest charitable gifts. Ms. Clark also handles leveraged gifting programs, insurance trusts, wills and revocable living trusts for many clients, as well as managing the administration of estates of all sizes.

Edgar C. Gentry, Jr. is an attorney practicing in the areas of real estate and litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in leasing, sales and purchases, mortgages, and other commercial real estate transactions. He also handles litigations in the state and federal trial and appellate courts of the State of New York, including the Surrogate's (probate) courts in the City of New York and in upstate counties.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gentry practiced in the real estate departments of Rosenman & Colin, White & Case, and other Manhattan law firms. He was of counsel to Smith, Buss & Jacobs, LLP from 2001 to 2009.
