Ekaterina Foka

Ekaterina Foka, originally from Russia, received her Bachelor and Master of International Relations from Amur State University. During her years there, she participated in multiple national and international conferences and forums; including: Youth 21 Century: Step to the Future, Model United Nations, and Fort Ross Conservancy in Moscow, Vladivostok, San Francisco and Beijing. Thereafter, she received the Confucius Institute Scholarship for two semesters in Qingdao Technological University in China. Ekaterina then received her Bachelor in Law from Khabarovsk State University of Economics and Law.

She is admitted to practice law in the Russian Federation. Prior to joining Clark & Gentry P.L.L.C., she worked several years as an immigration paralegal in New York, focusing on asylum litigation, cancellation of removal and human rights matters. In addition to speaking English, Ekaterina is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and Mandarin Chinese.
